My Wedding!!

Yes, that’s right… I tied the knot. Here is a little about me and my new husband!

After 6 wonderful years, we had our wedding aboard the Carnival Liberty in Miami, FL! We came back to celebrate with all of our family and friend to share our happiness with all of our guests the exciting time of our life!
We are just one of those happy go lucky couple, enjoying a simple life together, but this time, we would like to make our lives a little bit complicated. We now want to build a family of our own, for we know we are ready to take the challenge, although we might want to go somewhere for our 1 year anniversary first!!

Though both clueless of what tomorrow has for us, surely we will face it with our best game face…

About Me:
Oh, you guys know me… just starting a business… hoping to find a new home and soon start a family! 🙂

About Brian:
h Brian, what to say about Brian…

He is not going to help me with this description, so I guess I am on my own.

Well Brian is an amazing man who happens to be the love of my life. Things have not always been easy through the years, but he has never failed to be there for me through the thick and thin. He is a steady, mellow, fun-loving, nature-loving guy who loves with all his genuine good-natured heart.

He loves to fish, gold pan, work on projects and is easily bored when he is not learning something new…

I love him!!

About Us Together as a couple:
Brian and I met through mutual friends. He came over to my house for a movie night with my friend Rochelle and he was with his friend Carlos. We hit it off, I had a boyfriend, however, and it was innocent. I got his number that night and we ended up hanging out every now and then. He was a nice guy, but I wasn’t interested… not yet anyway. He would come over to my house and I would be doing whatever, and he would be in the kitchen with my mom striking up a conversation while I was getting ready to go somewhere with him or I would just be an uninterested party in the living room just watching tv.

I remember right before we got together, he came over and we watched a movie, and when he left, my mom said to me, “He sure has gotten pretty cute, he has big muscles” I was thinking “OMG mom, shut up ” , actually, I think this was something that I actually said to her…. so embarassing… even though I was kinda thinking the same thing.

LOOK at us now! Nice call mom!

The Proposal:

It was a pretty-low-key-almost-Halloween-autumn-night in 2010. He said he had to go to the store and he was gone for like about 1 1/2 to 2 hours… I was wondering what had happened to him…

I was cleaning the house and I hear a knock at the door. I was thinking it was UPS or something dropping off a package for my dad. I mean, why would Brian knock… I answered the door and Brian was standing there… down on one knee asking me to marry him. Pretty funny! He said as soon as he saw me he was so excited that he couldn’t wait to ask me… it was burning a hole in his pocket. We went out to dinner and a movie that night and I have been so happy with my ring!!

The Wedding:
So we went on this awesome cruise that left out of Miami, and went to Half Moon Cay, St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and Grand Turk. We stayed in Miami for 3 days which was awesome, and we stayed at Westgate on South Beach. We laid out on the beach during the day, and hung out at night with all of our friends and family that came there to go on the cruise with us. A total of 33 people!! The morning of the wedding, the girls came over to my room and we got ready, and we caravan-ed over to the ship in buses with trailers to fit all of our suitcases in.
Here are some awesome photos from our hotel, and the days leading up to the wedding with all of our awesome family and friends.

I haven’t gotten all of my photos yet. My friend from sixth grade Jessica Locicero took my photos and was also a part of my wedding party is an AMAZING photographer, and she has been crazy busy, which isn’t a surprise with how amazing that she really is, so I haven’t gotten much yet from her, but here are some photos that my mom snapped while Jess was busy doing her thing!
