{Rocklin Family Photographer} – The Mattson Family

I absolutely LOVE baby smiles! I love babies… I mean, it’s no secret that I want to have a couple of my own someday. In fact, I feel sorry for my unborn children already – I can just see it now; me chasing them around with my camera trying to capture EVERYTHING! Ha. This baby was especially smiley for our session, except for when mom and dad let him sit on the blanket by himself… once he realized he was by himself, the alligator tears started coming – and all it took was mom to pick this little guy up, and he was all smiles again.

Shana contacted me after finding me though a Google.com search – I was so happy when she did. Her family recently moved from Texas, and previously moved from West Virginia. They are new here to California, and I hope that I gave them a warm welcome as they are a military family, and I highly respect those who are in the service and those husbands and wives who travel all over the world. I know how hard it is to move to a new area.

For their session, we went to Johnson-Springview park in Rocklin. It is an awesome park, with tons of trails, amazing light, a frisbie golf course, a dog park, a snack bar, and an awesome playground for the kiddos.  I was loving the lighting this day, and I am glad we got so many great smiles from Ira on this beautiful day!

Give these guys a big WELCOME to California!
